Last post by Nick - October 24, 2025, 10:19:54 AM
Here are the results of this afternoon's Olympic Conference Championships at Dream Park. Finally the Crusader boys had their first opportunity of the season to race in not only the first championship meet of the season, but also the highest caliber meet of their season as well. Our full team toed the line all together with some of the best teams not only in the conference but also in the entire state and the fight for divisional honors became much more difficult with a recent restructuring of the groupings. However, despite all of these challenges the boys achieved some very impressive results today with several PRs...which included a PR of over 2 minutes! Well done, boys! It was a fantastic learning experience for all to compete at such a high level and it will only make us that much better a team come these last few races of the season...keep up the high intensity!!

Here are the results of this morning's South Jersey Open meet at Dream Park. This meet was not only the first meet of our season where we chose to filed a full varsity team, but it also represents the time of the season when we really start focusing on bigger things and the success at the highest level. We were able to field both full varsity and JV teams and what resulted were results above and beyond our expectations! Both races had some top tier competitiveness in comparison to all the other races in the day, but we proved that we had the preparation, grit, and talent to run with the best of them. Well done, boys! We now begin preparing for our first championship race of the season so let's keep the intensity up!

Last post by Nick - October 10, 2025, 09:28:26 PM
Here are the results of this morning's Shore Coaches Invitational at Holmdel Park. As always, this meet marks a pivotal moment in our season, where we shift into high gear and begin racing with purpose and intensity. Our goal today was clear: race smart, race bold, and push the limits of what we can achieve as a team. Our varsity squad rose to the challenge, delivering an outstanding performance in a highly competitive and fast-paced 5K. The team ran with grit and determination, achieving remarkable PRs, including a jaw-dropping nearly four-minute improvement! The race of the day, however, belonged to our freshmen in the 3.2K. This event is a key indicator of the future of cross country across the state, and our frosh athletes did not disappoint. They ran with incredible heart and precision, securing impressive individual finishes in 27th and 19th places, an incredible first-place individual finish, and an exceptional third-place team finish! This performance signals a bright future for our program for not only the remainder of the season but also in the years to come! Congratulations to all runners for their hard work and fearless racing! With this momentum, we're excited to see what the rest of the season has in store. Keep the intensity high, and let's get after more!

Here are the results of this afternoon's Baker Invitational. While the rainy conditions outside were not quite the best, it was our last opportunity to race and perform in the field to improve seed times for the state championships. Despite cold and we weather, we performed very well and we achieved some very important season's bests which will be key for next week's state tournament. Great job, ladies! You rose up to the challenge and are in a great position for next week!
