Here are the results from this afternoon's NPB State Championships at Buena High School. It finally was the first day of competition of our biggest competition of the year...the NJSIAA Group State Championships. After many months of training and hard work in the cold, rain, and after many competitions it was time to bring out our biggest performances of the year at the state level...and today we did absolutely that in a huge way! Not only were there several season bests, but there were numerous personal bests which included finished in the top 6 places which were good for both points and medals! Congratulations on your accomplishments and bringing home some hardware, girls! We cannot wait to see what tomorrow's events will bring for us!

Here are the results of the second and final day of the NPB State Championships from Buena High School. After a strong first day of events it was time to close out the season with another day of strong performances...and it was once again another outstanding day for the Crusaders! Throughout the day were non stop season's bests and personal records which included finals qualification and a 3rd place finish!! Outstanding job, ladies! It was awesome for us all to see you progress in leaps and bounds throughout this season! We thank you so much for all of your hard work this year! For those who are graduating tomorrow, we extend a special thank you for your time with us over the years and we look forward to hearing about your next adventures in college! Here are the results of Thursday afternoon's Baker Invitational at Haddonfield High School. Although there was a constant falling of rain through the meet, the temperature was much more suitable for some fast running and for some some performances in the field. For us this meet always represents our last regular season meet of the year and a last chance to get some updated seed times/distances to use for the State Championships. Despite the annoyances of the rain and the cold we performed incredibly well with some fantastic season's bests for us to use for the State Championships next weekend! Well done, girls! We are looking to have our best performances ever next weekend at NPB States!!

Here are the results of this morning's Camden Country Championships from Haddon Township High School. It was our 2nd championship caliber meet of the season and another great opportunity to see how well we would perform with the other teams in the county. The weather had thankfully stayed dry for the duration of the day which made for some prime conditions to run fast and jump and throw far. Today was an outstanding meet complete with some huge personal bests as well as a 6th place and 5th place medal finish! Congratulations, girls!! After a very successful Conference Championship series also at Rancocas Valley we wanted to make it a big effort and finish out the week here in a big way. The highlights for the day were debut hurdle races and our mostly freshman 4x100 team having another chance to run all together. After a successful day of track and field yesterday we went again to try and repeat yesterday's success...and we did exceptionally well!! Here are the results of this afternoon's first day of Olympic Conference. With this meet was the opening of the championship season and really an opportunity to showcase just how far we have come as a team since earliest March. Today's events had some of our strongest events both on the track and in the field and definitely we showed up in a huge way when we needed things to click! Today provided some huge season best performances which included some amazing PRs and courageous efforts! Most notably, two our field athletes achieved 2nd team all conference honors in both the long jump and pole vault and as a team we are in 3rd place in our division after day 1!! Great job, ladies!! This was a great start to the season and we can't wait to see what tomorrow will bring us!
