Here are the results of today's 52nd annual Woodbury Relays at Woodbury High School. Today was the final day of the unseasonably warm weather and so it was a great opportunity to get some fast times for our first relay meet of the year. What resulted were some incredibly fast times in both relays including a 4x100 time which is at this moment an even faster relay time than our best time of last year! Great job, ladies!! We are very proud of your efforts and look forward to the rest of the second half of the season!

Here are the results of today's Crusader Frosh/Novice home meet held on our campus. It was a very special day for us as this was the first time in many years that we were able to field an all freshmen relay team and the results of today were just as special! Along with a 4x100 team that had fantastic handoffs for such a technically demanding race, we had amazing PRs in the open 1600m race which included a 5th place medal finish! Outstanding job, ladies! We love meets like this to help showcase how we are against other younger athletes from other schools and it is a great sign to us that our future will be indeed bright and successful!

Here are the results from this afternoon's 2nd Olympic Conference batch meet on our home track. There were a lot of happenings before the meet was even started with the fantastic senior night celebration, the business setting up for this big competition, and the unseasonably hot weather and all of the above created a positive buzz about the track area. Along with the fun of the festivities and of hosting our first major batch meet for the conference, we had an incredibly awesome day with some seasonal event debuts and some athlete debuts too which resulted in some very impressive times! Great job, ladies! And thank you so much for your help in setting up and breaking down the meet and a very special thank you and congratulations to our two seniors Alexa and Isabella!!

Here are the results from this morning's Lenape Girls Invitational at Lenape High School. With the weather starting to warm up and everyone starting to get more comfortable in their respective events it was another great opportunity to show what we can do at this point of the season. We achieved some stellar results today which included some more PRs and most importantly a greater sense of confidence in abilities...absolutely well done, ladies! Here are the results of this morning's Frosh/Novice meet at Highland High School. While the weather was not quite as nice as it was last Saturday at TCNJ, it was good enough for another great day of competing. Coming off a great debut just a few days prior, it was time again to keep the momentum going for another day of great things. And indeed it was a fantastic day! Not only were there two huge PR performances, but there were also 5 medals awarded which included 2 silver medals!! Congratulations, ladies!!
