Rider got 18th place out of 28 at the mid-atlantic regional race on saturday, just 13 pts behind ACC team maryland. It was a decent race for the team.

I ran 3412 good enough for a 10k pr..even better than my track one. Big thanks to james for the encouragement at the 3 mile mark. I also saw Nick there..it was a good ol' eustace reunion. Now its time to get ready for indoors.
