MAAC's and Patriot Leagues

I ran 2734 last friday At VCP at MAACs...5th on the team and we got 4th 24 behind manhattan. I now have regionals next saturday the 12th at Lehigh.  Got a little article write up on the conference race:

and I was talking to James who ran 2651 at Lehigh at Patriot Leagues.  He said he is running at IC4A's on the 19th at VCP.
