Once again, we had a phenomenal day of racing and we really proved to not only our conference, but the entire state that we are a seriously good team! There is no doubt that we most certainly belong on that all South Jersey list!! We had numerous PRs for the day...and many of these PRs were by more than a minute!!! Fellas, things are working in a huge way for us! There is tons of excitement, good energy, and fast running on our program! We have a very strong momentum so let's keep it moving forward! All of you will be running varsity at our next meet at the Conference Championships...let's keep preparing well for another strong showing!!

Here are the results of this morning's Shore Coaches Invitational held at Holmdel Park. Absolutely incredible job to everyone at a very challenging course! Not very many teams can say that all of their athletes ran Holmdel PRs but we can emphatically say that our entire team did in fact run their best times ever for the Holmdel course! It puts us in a great position as we continue into the championship season. We aren't even yet at our peak so keep the foot on the gas and continue training hard and enjoying the season and we will be in a great position for the remainder of the season!! Phenomenal job to each and every one of you!!
