Here are the results from this morning's Lenape Girls Invitational at Lenape High School. With the weather starting to warm up and everyone starting to get more comfortable in their respective events it was another great opportunity to show what we can do at this point of the season. We achieved some stellar results today which included some more PRs and most importantly a greater sense of confidence in abilities...absolutely well done, ladies! As we all return home from spring break and about to enter Woodbury Relays weekend we are ready to turn up the heat in our training...let's keep the foot on the gas!

Today was the first conference batch meet of the season and it was a great opportunity to compete against the other teams in our conference for the first time.
