Here are the results from this morning's 4x100 at the Penn Relays. With a nice break in the wind and the cold for the week it was a great day to run well on a very fast track with high energy. It was another great 4x100 day for the girls with improved handoffs and greater confidence going into next week's conference championship meets...excellent job, ladies!

Here are the results of today's 52nd annual Woodbury Relays at Woodbury High School. Today was the final day of the unseasonably warm weather and so it was a great opportunity to get some fast times for our first relay meet of the year. What resulted were some incredibly fast times in both relays including a 4x100 time which is at this moment an even faster relay time than our best time of last year! Great job, ladies!! We are very proud of your efforts and look forward to the rest of the second half of the season!
