Top 10 BE relay performances since 1995

10. 2006 Distance Medley - Woodbury Relays
Mike Wojciechowski, David Ardire, Nick DiGrosso, Bob Burdalski
Upset winners over Haddon Heights for a gold watch

9. 1998 Sprint Medley - Nike Outdoor Nationals
Nick Camardo, Joe Tiedeken, Chris Feigenbutz, Mike McGowan
Still the school record in the event and the last recorded sighting of Joe Tiedeken

8. 2007 4x800 Relay - NJCTC Championships
Pat Kelly, Brian Laskowski, Mike Wojciechowski, Andy Arnold
Ran an 8:02 in winning the NJCTC title

7. 1996 Distance Medley Relay - Woodbury Relays
Mike Hendricks, Matt Donnelly, Chris Cummins, Mike McGowan
A lineup change that stunned Haddonfield and became a gold watch winning relay.  Poor Eric Bonnette

6. 2001 Sprint Medley Relay - Group II State Indoor Relay Championships
Steve Jamrogowicz, Bob Brodwater, Pete Pryzbylkowski, Patrick Stevenson
A team that had to win from the unseeded heat b/c their idiot rookie head coach forgot to put in the seed time.  Unbelievable.

5. 2000 Shot Put Relay - Group I State Indoor Relay Championships
Matt Ryan and Dave Perkins
An upset winner over Haddonfield and clinched the team title for us

4. 1996 4x800 Relay - Nike Outdoor Nationals
Chris Cummins, Brian Berkley, Mike McGowan, Mike Hendricks
Ran 7:56 and were All-Americans

3. 1997 Sprint Medley Relay - Woodbury Relays
Nick Camardo, Joe Teideken, Chris Feigenbutz, Mike McGowan
Hey Nick, where did that start come from?  Favored Pleasantville never knew what hit them and we got the watch.

2. 1997 4x800 Relay - Nike Outdoor Nationals
Mickey Shindle, Mike McGowan, Matt Collins, Brian Berkley
Ran an unbelievable 7:53 and these guys still have the school record

1. 1996 4x400 Relay - Group II Indoor State Relay Championships
Matt Donnelly, Jason Kucma, Mike Hendricks, Chris Cummins
Not our fastest time, but our most courageous relay.  If the tripped Donnelly did not get up, we would not have won the state team title.

Honorable Mention:
1996 - Penn Relays 4x400
1996 - Meet of Champions 4x400
2000 - State Relays Distance Medley
2002 - State Relays Shot Put
1997 - NJCTC Indoors Championships 4x800
1996 - South Jersey Relays 4x800 - won despite getting lost on the warm-up and almost missing the race
1996 - Woodbury Relays 4x800
1999 - Woodbury Relays 4x800

I'm sure there are more but these are just the ones I can remember. Tell us what you remember..
