Here are the results from this afternoon's Shore Coaches Invitational at Holmdel Park. With nice autumn weather and an afternoon start time without rain, it was a great opportunity to run the first serious race of the season and the last race at Holmdel before the state championships. The conditions were set for fast times and there were some very impressive races today (and especially from the JV) which showed some amazing Holmdel course PRs! Outstanding job, boys! Keep up the hard work and let's keep up the intensity!!

Here are the results of this afternoon's Olympic Conference batch meet at Dream Park. The first day of autumn ushered in not only the first day of seasonal appropriate weather but also was our debut running at Dream Park for the season. With much better racing temperature (albeit with a bit of rain) it was prime conditions to run fast with many of the teams in the conference. The results today were very promising with some huge improvements over our first race at TCNJ! Well done, boys! We are going in the right direction and improving day by day...keep up the intensity!!
