Hey guys hold your heads up ..with running on saturday in a major meet you all set PR's..With Rob B falling not once but twice..and Nick D not feeling up to snuff ..and it raining cats and dogs,we did alright today..we all know they gear up just for us..Coach DiBiase has you getting ready For North Carolina meet and then the Big meet at Delsea..we'll see who gets jackets from states...just my 2Ã,¢ on this... At least no one got hurt...
