This race was great as it gave all our "Young Guns" a chance to really shine...and learn how it feels to run on lead..which will be more important as time goes on..[br Mike W. was running a great race with a 5.30 1st mile when he started to feel the effects of Tuesdays work-out..Michigan Miles...severe cramps set in and Coach DiBiase pulled him...Congrat's to all ..nice job
