I ran my first ever 10K, finishing the Ben Franklin Bridge Run in 44:59.Ã,  Below is the link with the complete results if anyone is interested.Ã,  I was 154th overall.Ã,  I can now officially say I was beaten by the Kenyan's, who took the first few spots running sub 5 minute pace!
