Njctc Relays @ Notre Dame Hs

Instructions:
1.   The bus will leave at 10am, get to Eustace at 9:45am
2.   If you are driving up with your parents, get to Notre Dame HS   (Lawrenceville) by 11am
3.   Sprinters are responsible for the blocks, we will bring two sets
4.   Jumpers are responsible for the measuring tapes
5.   Distance runners will help with the tent
6.   Frosh are responsible for the water
7.   All team members will be responsible for picking up the trash after the meet, we will not leave until our area is in satisfactory condition
8.   Know the order of events and listen to the PA announcer for when you need to turn in your cards.  Begin warming up for you event two events prior to yours.
9.   It may be cool and possibly rainy, dress accordingly
