Here are the results of Tuesday's Olympic Conference All Star Meet at Rancocas Valley High School...a best of the best meet for our conference in order to determine who are the top athletes in our division and whole conference. We can proudly boast that at meet's end (which was filled with high caliber performances from start to finish), we finished the meet with several second team all conference honors and a first team all conference, including a first team and second team all conference honors in a single event! Congratulations to all of you, ladies! You should be extremely proud of your accomplishments and hard work up to this point! We are looking to be in a fine position for states!

Spring Track / 5/17 Haddonfield Invitational ...
Last post by Nick - May 23, 2023, 09:26:59 PM
Here are the results of yesterday afternoon's Haddonfield Invitational at Haddonfield HIgh School. It was our last chance to put down some big performances and seed times/jumps/throws that we would be able to use for the Conference All Star meet. However despite the pressure to have the best performances of the season at this meet, we indeed were able to put down numerous and amazing personal records (including a 3rd place overall finish in the 1600)! Not only did these performances give many an automatic qualifier for the Conference All Star meet, but it also put them near the very top of the conference! Congratulations to all who competed! We can't wait to see you compete in next week's meet!

Here are the results of today's NJCTC Frosh Soph meet at Notre Dame High School. We very much enjoy going to these freshmen and sophomore only events as it is a fantastic barometer of how the future of our team fares against the future of other teams in the area. And after today's meet our future looks outstanding! Every single competitor of ours today not only ran, jumped, and threw extraordinarily well, but each and every single competitor earned a medal in their individual events...including a silver and gold medal!! Congratulations to all who competed! Things are looking incredible for the future of our program!

Here are the results of this afternoon's SJTCA Elite Meet at Delsea High School. Although we only had one qualifying athlete, it was a phenomenal performance in which the race plan was executed extraordinarily well and resulted in a 14 second PR! Absolutely well done, Elena!!

Spring Track / Ladies 5/3 PVI Dual Meet Resul...
Last post by Nick - May 05, 2023, 11:00:32 PM
Here are the results of our dual meet against Paul VI. Although it wasn't the end result that we were all hoping for, for us it was still a meet that had a plethora of best performances not only for the season but overall personal records. And not personal records by a tiny bit...but by a huge margin! It was a very tough competition for us not only because of the large numbers of the opposing team but also because of the poor weather conditions, however, despite all of this we all as a whole performed by far the best that we have all season! Despite us being a small team, we scored the highest points we have scored against PVI in a long time! Outstanding job, ladies! Things are looking incredibly well as we are about to enter the championship portion of the season!
