Last post by Nick - October 19, 2024, 11:15:02 PM
Here are the results of this morning's Holmdel 5K at the Shore Coaches Invitational. This meet historically symbolizes the true beginning of the top cross country races of the season and is the first opportunity to showcase to all serious competitors how well we look. Today's performances produced many Holmdel PRs and a top 15 finish! We still have more to gain and grow so keep foot on the gas as we enter into more intense training that we can have another fantastic story to tell the next time we are racing at Holmdel!

Cross Country / 9/7 Cherokee Challenge Results
Last post by Nick - October 19, 2024, 11:10:59 PM
Here are the results of today's Cherokee Challenge 2 miler at Cherokee High School. It was one of the best weather conditions for some fast running and today was certainly that! All races today had well over 350 runners and we accomplished some amazing things by not only finishing towards the front end of the multitude of racers, but having all athletes competing achieving personal bests! Great job, everyone! This is a great start to the season and we have much more success to come!

Here are the results of this evening's Cherokee Night Racer #2. This is one of the final meets in the state before the Group State Championships this weekend and is a nice end of year meet in the cooler night weather to get after some fast times, season's bests, and personal bests. Today our runner managed to not only put down a season best, but it is also good for an overall personal record. Absolutely well done, Donna!!!

Here at last are the results of the final day of the NPB Group State Championships at Stockton University. With the success of yesterday's results still fresh in mind, the ladies competing today performed spectacularly. In addition to many PRs today, the girls doubled their number of statewide podium finishers with two 3rd place finishes which also resulted in our team finishing in the top 10 overall...our best overall finish at the state championships in years! Congratulations to all who competed! And a big thank you to each and every one for your hard work and dedication for the season. We really ended this season doing something special and you should be very proud of that! We look forward to working again with you all next year and to our seniors we wish especially you all the best in your next journeys at university...good luck!!

Historically this meet has been a fantastic opportunity for all teams to run their fastest time of the season or personal records...and today was no exception for us! With strong showings in both the 800 and the 1600, we put down some great times including season bests, some big PRs, and a huge milestone result! Congratulations, girls!

Spring Track / Girls Baker Invitational 05/15
Last post by Nick - May 21, 2024, 04:30:31 AM
Here are the results of this evening's Baker Invitational at Haddonfield High School. It was the last of our regular season competitions as well as the last regular season meet to get top seed performances for both the Olympic Conference All Star meet as well as the NPB State Championships. Our training is absolutely working in all the right ways as not only were there again several personal bests and season bests, but we had 3 medal winners which included two gold medal performances! These medals were awarded from the track, from the throwers' circle, and from the sand pit which absolutely demonstrates that we are a team of well rounded excellence! We are in the home stretch of the season and have some important meets coming up be we have show we are ready! Well done and congratulations, ladies!
