Spring Track / Ladies 5/10 Camden County Cham...
Last post by Nick - May 11, 2025, 02:54:36 PM
Here are the results of this morning's Camden County Championships from Haddon Township High School. Today's meet was our penultimate morning meet and our first official start of our championship season. We were greeted with a chilly and windy morning and in addition to competing against some very successful and very big schools in the county, it made for a very challenging first championship meet. However despite all of the challenges, we performed extremely well and success was very much abound! Not only were there several PRs in all events (which included some major PR times in the mid distance events), but there were some incredible performances in the field which included finishes in the top 5 in the county and which included a 2nd place finish in the county! Extremely well done, ladies!! We are starting off our championship portion of the season in a spectacular way!!

The evening went incredibly well for us and there were indeed countless PRs throughout the night which included some huge event milestones! We have been doing a spectacular job in these past few days achieve these very impressive seed times and we cannot wait to see what these next meets before states will bring...congratulations, girls!!!

Last post by Nick - May 04, 2025, 01:58:37 PM
Here are the results of this afternoon's SJTCA girls' meet from Rancocas Valley High School. This was the first real big opportunity for all teams in South Jersey to get those highly desired early May seed times going into the championship portion of the season. With warm weather and without the threat of rain, it was a perfect opportunity to go after some big things...and we achieved some incredible results today! Seemingly each event brought to the Crusaders PR after PR after PR! It was not only a great day on the track but also in the field. Despite some challenging winds, the throwing and jumping events also achieved some amazing results which included a third place finish in the long jump!! Congratulations on the day, girls!! We are well set now for a great May!!

Here are the results of this morning's 4x100 relay at the Penn Relays. It was a very beautiful morning with both warm weather and low winds and so the conditions were prime for a fast time. What resulted was a fast time with nearly perfect handoffs...a perfect victory lap at Penn Relays for our senior athletes!! Well done, ladies! The hard work practicing the handoffs are really paying off!

Last post by Nick - April 27, 2025, 08:30:48 AM
Here are the results from this afternoon's dual meet against Camden Catholic that was hosted on our campus. As we are closing out the month of April, we are finally entering into the hot weather of spring...and certainly on the turf field it felt even hotter. But despite the heat and despite small numbers because of the end of our spring break, we achieved some outstanding results in both the track and in the field and which ultimately ended in a big victory for the Crusaders! Congratulations on your hard work, ladies!! This is a great end of our month and a fantastic start of May for us as we are about to enter our championship season! Well done to all!!

Here are the results of today's Woodbury Relays from Woodbury High School. We were finally blessed with some more seasonable weather (albeit a bit on the warmer side) and so the conditions were ready for some fast times and good performances. All up and down the board all teams participating had some impressive results and we certainly were no exception! Today we had very strong first time races, season's bests, and a 6th place finish in the field (of which is contested amongst all groups) which is good for a Woodbury Relays medal! Congratulations to all girls who participated! Our cold weather training is paying off even more so now in the warmer months...let's keep this momentum going!!

Here are the results of today's TCNJ High School Invitational held on the brand-new track at The College of New Jersey. Today's meet was finally our first race after many long weeks of training, and it was our first opportunity to test the waters of our season. Although the conditions were rainy and chilly, it didn't deter our performances. We kicked off our season with outstanding performances in such harsh conditions, which considered great times, some very impressive debut performances, and a 2nd-place finish! Congratulations to you, ladies! We are just getting started!

Last post by Nick - April 01, 2025, 11:19:54 AM
Here are the results of this afternoon's Crusader Field meet at Delsea High School. It was a very rare March meet for the season and thankfully there was some brilliant weather for the day for a great competition. Not only was the weather phenomenal, but our performance was also incredibly phenomenal! Not only did we achieve a spectacular result in the discus, but it was a distance well over the qualifying standard for Woodbury Relays but was also good for 3rd place in a field of nearly 50 competitors! This is an incredibly strong start to what will be a fun and successful season. Well done to you, Imani!!
