Here are the results of this evenings Non Public B State Individual Championships at the Bubble. It was finally time after many months of hard work and many days of training out in the cold snow to run our best performance of the season at this peak meet. Throughout the evening there were spectacular performances which include a big PR, big efforts, and a very courageous race. But the highlight of the night and to cap off not only the meet but the season was a very exciting and entertaining 4x400 relay where we had placed first in our heat and 7th overall while beating out best time of the season by an unbelievable 22 seconds!! Congratulations to you all for such a spectacular meet and for a most brilliant winter season! We are all very proud of all of your accomplishments and we are so very grateful for your hard work and dedication...as seen tonight it paid off in a huge way! Congratulations to all again and we look forward to seeing those who will be continuing on to the spring season!

Here are the results for this afternoon's Garden State Invitational meet from Ocean Breeze in Staten Island. It was our second opportunity to finally touch a track (in both practice and competition capacities) in nearly 3 weeks since so snow fell. And very much like the last meet, there were incredible performances all up and down the board!! At this large and highly competitive meet there were some seasonal bests, some amazing overall PRs, and some big milestone achievements!! Well done, ladies!! We can't wait to see more success in a few days at the NJCTC Championships!!

Here are the results of this afternoon's Conference meet from the Bubble at Toms River. It was our first time back competing after what seemed like ages ago due to weather related meet postponement and everyone was excited to finally get out of the cold and the ice and race. Today was a big day with not only some brave attempts at new events, but was also our debut for the season in the field. What resulted were some incredible times, brave performances, and some monster PRs!! Phenomenal job, ladies! Even despite the major adjustments to our daily practices we are still performing at high levels and we still have an even higher ceiling in front of us...we can't wait for the next meet!!

Here are the results of this evening's NPB State Relay Championship from the Bubble in Toms River. It was a fantastic day for us because even before we entered into the facility doors it was already a success for the team as it was our first time competing as a team at this meet in many years! We ran some fantastic races, had some huge individual split PRa, and even defeated a team in seeded heats and all with a very young team! Congratulations, girls!! It was a fantastic return to the state relay championships for us!

Last post by Nick - January 05, 2026, 06:49:28 AM
Here are the results of this morning's SJTCA meet from the Bubble in Toms River. It was our first meet of the new year and our first meet racing at the site of both the state's championship meets and the perfect opportunity to see how much improvement we have made during our hard weeks of training in the cold over winter break. There were some outstanding results across the board, with very brave event debuts, seasonal bests, and some nice PRs! Outstanding job, ladies!! The hard work is really paying off already and we look like we are set for a great showing at our next meet at the state relay championships!

Last post by Nick - November 17, 2025, 04:00:49 PM
Here are the results of the final meet of the cross country season, this afternoon's Meet of Champions! It was a very special day for the program as not only did we extend our season at the Meet of Champions, but it was the first freshman runner in the 21st century to qualify for the Meet of Champions! It was an incredibly hard fought and fast race (as every year) and our lone Crusader ran admirably! Well done, Rutger! We are so grateful to all of you for your hard work and dedication in these past 4 months. It was a phenomenal season for us all! And for those continuing on winter track, we look forward to working with you there!!

Here are the results from this afternoon's state champion race at Holmdel Park. After four months of hard training, including heart-wrenching workouts and rainy weather, we finally got to let loose in our top goal meet of the year—the NPB State Championships! As the last race of today's program, we had the opportunity to close out the day and the season with a big finish. Our team fired on all cylinders, setting some incredible Holmdel PRs just when we needed them. We even secured a sixth-place individual finish, which is a Meet of Champions qualifying time, and a fifth-place team finish that included honors and recognition at the podium! Congratulations to everyone for ending the season on an incredibly high note! We are all very proud of your efforts, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for this young and extraordinarily talented team! But in the meantime, the season continues with the Meet of Champions!

Last post by Nick - November 02, 2025, 10:43:09 PM
Here are the results of this morning's Bob Kiessling Invitational at Dream Park. This was the last chance to have a fast time on a flat course and it was our last chance to compete head to head against our non public conference rivals. Despite the wind and the fierce competition the Crusaders ran a very spirited race and which ended in a well deserved celebration of our senior athlete, Alex. Well done, boys! We have one last final push to our state championships next week and so let's fire on all cylinders to end the season on our highest note!

Here are the results of this afternoon's Baker Sub Varsity Meet at our home course of Pennypacker Park in Haddonfield. It's been many years since we have had large enough numbers on our team to field athletes at this meet and we were excited to finally again race here not just because it is our home course, but because this race has historically resulted in impressively fast times and PRs. Today was no exception as there were big PRs across the board in what were very exciting races! Outstanding job, boys!! Our future is in very well capable hands! We are looking forward to having everyone run together again this Saturday!

Here are the results of this afternoon's Olympic Conference Championships at Dream Park. Finally the Crusader boys had their first opportunity of the season to race in not only the first championship meet of the season, but also the highest caliber meet of their season as well. Our full team toed the line all together with some of the best teams not only in the conference but also in the entire state and the fight for divisional honors became much more difficult with a recent restructuring of the groupings. However, despite all of these challenges the boys achieved some very impressive results today with several PRs...which included a PR of over 2 minutes! Well done, boys! It was a fantastic learning experience for all to compete at such a high level and it will only make us that much better a team come these last few races of the season...keep up the high intensity!!
