Mom's , Dad's..the athlete and you should both join (register) ..it's free...no gimmicks no catchs ..EXCEPT ONE[/size]... you have to make sure his stats and pr's are current !!..you do that in a PM (private message or E-mail to me)...I also need parents to take photos we have a huge gallery..we just need some better photo takers than me...Come on don't be shy or worse yet bored at the meets..take photos, trust me it gets to be very exciting.

And 1 last thing don't be afraid to post any questions you may have..everyone had to learn somewhere..

Also check in Bio's..I have all the boys who run (that I know of )..listed there...if listed with no photo contact me at meets or via e mail
