Cherokee Challenge Results (9/10/2016) - SERIOUS heat issues

Katy Storti - 12:45 (5th) - Missed most of the summer due to knee issues

Elise Connelly - 13:40 Stopped FOUR times to try to throw up during the race
Not to make any excuses (esp. for a Sept. race) but anyone who has asthma-like conditions had severe issues during the race. It especially affected Orr, Picciano, and Bianchini...they all did much better at the time trial the week before. We don't seriously race again until Shore Coaches so as we come out of these issues, we could be real good if we train well for the rest of this month.
